1
Initial Meeting: Idea & Product Planning
At this initial stage, we will discuss your idea and plans to achieve your goal.

Job Approval: Ironing Out Details
By outlining key points, such as basic technical development possibility/MC/general project schedule and cost along with development budget/MC/supply cost/etc., you will be able to determine the feasibility of the project based on your project schedule, budget, and business plan. Upon ironing out details, the project agreement will be made.

Design Service, Working Mock-up
We will determine if three development processes, enclosure design, hardware, and software, work can be done simultaneously or require to be processed in order.
-Thereafter, we will provide the “2D/3D pre-product design mock rendering ” of the device based on your idea or sketch. Your feedback will be reflected in final product design for mass molding.
-Once the physical size and specification of the device is determined, we will start the circuit design (Artwork/PCB design) and produce sample board. Thereafter, the S/W (Firmware with Test Application) development work is initiated.
-After H/W board and S/W development are completed, the working mock-up with 3D printed designed housing set will be produced.
After confirming the functionality of mock-up unit, “working-sample” batch (pre-production samples) will be produced and verify their functions and durability in various testing environments and proceed with actual tests in the field. Results from these tests will be reflected in device’s certification process and its final mass production mold design.

Certification
Upon the successful completion of all development and field test work, we will proceed with CE/FCC, IP67 and RoHS certifications which will be achieved in one to two months. Thereafter, we will proceed with various professional and carrier certifications for FCC/CE/PTCRB for LTE/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, thus you can commercialize your product shortly.

Mass Production
Based on the original agreement or your preference, the mass production will be process at our manufacturing partners in China or South Korea and deliver to your doorsteps.
